Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Businessofy, we provide professional digital marketing services for businesses across all industries. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling or cancellation of services. This policy applies to all digital marketing services booked through the official Businessofy website or via authorized communication channels.
Our objective is to ensure a transparent, smooth, and hassle-free experience for all clients using our services.
Payment Terms
Clients may make payments using UPI, Internet Banking, NEFT, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, or other supported payment aggregators.
By proceeding to the payment gateway, it is deemed that you agree to the terms and conditions of Businessofy services.
All financial transactions, including service payments and refunds, are processed through the account of Rupilo Fintech Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Businessofy.
Clients are responsible for entering accurate payment details. Businessofy and Rupilo Fintech Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for failed, delayed, or incomplete transactions resulting from incorrect information entered on payment gateways or aggregators.
All financial data is secured in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except where required by law.
Businessofy shall not be liable for:
Rejection of payments by banks or payment gateways
Unauthorized, failed, or suspicious payment attempts
Payments received from illegal, unauthorized, or suspicious sources are not eligible for refunds.
Service Rescheduling & Cancellation
1. Rescheduling of Services
Clients may request rescheduling of ongoing or upcoming services, subject to mutual agreement.
A maximum of three (3) reschedule requests per service or project may be permitted
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
Failure to provide timely inputs, approvals, or cooperation may result in service delays without refund eligibility
Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below:
If Businessofy is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons and without prior notice, the client may be eligible for a refund of up to 80%, depending on the stage of service completion and resources already utilized
If the client cancels the service within the prescribed timeframe and before significant work has commenced, they may be eligible for a refund of up to 80%
No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered, partially completed, or delayed due to lack of client response, approvals, or required materials
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other advertising networks
Fees paid to third-party tools, software subscriptions, or external vendors
Services or milestones already delivered, executed, or approved by the client
Refund Process & Timeline
All cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official Businessofy support email or authorized communication channel.
Approved refunds are processed from the account of Rupilo Fintech Pvt. Ltd. and are typically credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

Businessofy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
